Lead Generation/Inside Sales Role - IT (2-6 yrs)
As Lead Development Representative (LDR), you'll be engaging with inbound prospective customers ('leads') as their first sales point of contact. You'll helpfully answer their questions, and actively listen to them in order to understand their situation and discover important details as to why they're reaching out. When you find a good lead, you'll manage a smooth handoff process to the appropriate Territory Account Manager (TAM) or Account Executive (AE).
Some of the things you'll be doing include:
- Respond promptly to all inbound leads in your assigned territory via phone calls and emails
- Online and on call research about prospect, company, IT landscape and requirements
- Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements and correlate business value to customer needs
- Generate interest and provide vision of the portfolio of Pulsesecure solutions to potential customers
- Follow up rigorously and convert calls to meetings to be taken up by TAM/AE for further discussions
- Willing to work as per territory timings - APAC/ASEA

Working Hours : As per APAC/ ASEA time zone
