Digital Marketing Lead Generation Specialist


Job Description :

- The Digital Marketing Lead Generation Specialist will have responsibility for developing and executing comprehensive, integrated campaigns including email marketing, direct mail, webinars, social media, and lead nurture tactics that deliver a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads for Sales follow up.

- Candidate will be responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement. Also monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design.

- We have a position for someone who takes initiative and can identify their own priorities and proactively get them done.

- It is imperative that applicants have experience working across a wide variety of marketing channels including paid, content, funnels, lifecycle marketing, and digital. You have bold ideas, and the skills to gather what you need to execute your plan.

Job Responsibilities :

- Planning, briefing, development, and implementation of digital marketing strategy / campaigns across digital media platforms

- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action

- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content

- Utilize research and lead generation tools including CRM, as well as internet sources such as social and industry trade media

- Develop and implement a plan to utilize key resources of digital marketing including SEO, content production, pay-per-click, retargeting, email marketing, affiliate marketing, online PR, quality link building, social media advertising, social media campaigns and conversion optimization

- Manage marketing end of CRM tool

- Manage outside lead generation resources

- Stay up to date with latest digital marketing and lead generation trends and implement as appropriate

Important Skills :

Required Education / Experience :

- Preferred 3-year bachelor's degree in marketing, from an recognized college or university

- 4 years of experience directly related to working in similar roles

Key Competencies :

- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist

- Knowledge of full-funnel lead generation strategy

- Digital marketing campaign development and execution across a range of social media and other digital platforms

- Use of digital marketing tools including, content production, SEO, PPC, retargeting, email marketing, partner co-marketing, online PR, social media posting and advertising

- Use of analytics tools such as Google Analytics

- Co-marketing and partner programs

- Use of marketing automation tools / platforms such as Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo, etc.

- Web savvy possesses the ability to edit web pages with HTML or Content Management System and track metrics

- Strong understanding of B2B e-commerce tactics and ecommerce website functionality

- Communication skills (written and presentation)
