Our client along with leading technology & Global Conglomerate going to venture into Smart Wearable business in Q1 2020. This company would be Licensing rights of leading Sports Celebrities to create an active Health and Wellness Community

About the Job :

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven marketer who will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the company's overall digital marketing strategy and building the community

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Own and lead the digital marketing mandate (strategy + execution) across digital channels

- Formulate overall digital marketing plans and budgets based on the business objectives and in collaboration with other teams

- Manage campaign planning, structuring and targeting of user segments for effective product sales and other conversion goals

- Monitor, Manage & Optimise keyword bids, budget caps, impressions, CTR and conversion rates and measure against business requirements of LTV, CAC, etc.

- Interface with internal teams and agencies to ensure the right integration with technology, content, and branding to drive the right marketing results

Desired Candidate Profile:

- About 5-7 years of experience on Digital Channels handling product/category growth and been part of an online growth story

- Experience of handling performance marketing initiatives, with high annual digital spent/budgets

- Experience with SEM (Adwords), Google Analytics and related tools is a Must-Have

- Familiar with A/B Testing, SEO-related link building and landing page design are Good-to-Have

- Ability to demonstrate agility in understanding user segments and personas, tweaking marketing campaigns to reduce user acquisition costs

- Experience with a startup in new product launch is preferred

- Open to candidates with brand-side or agency-side experience
