Lead - Digital Marketing - eCommerce (3-6 yrs)

What will you do:

- You will be leading digital marketing efforts to drive business growth

- All efforts towards customer acquisition for Flatheads will be your responsibility

- Building channel expertise for all acquisition channels and driving efficiency to deliver business goals is going to be the key responsibility

- Own complete performance marketing strategy, planning and execution

- Plan monthly and quarterly budgets and allocations across different channels, and execute to achieve targets within allocated budgets

- Setup analytics across the customer journey and purchase funnels, and use analytics data to come up with key insights that can improve marketing RoI and drive business growth

- Create and manage the frameworks for marketing automation and experiments across all digital touch points

- Learn new performance marketing tools and platforms and help the team adapt to the same

- Work closely with external partners / agencies; set and run sharp processes.

Who are you:

- You love numbers and have an analytical bent of mind.

- Solving data related problems gives you joy. You have sharp eye for insights.

- Overall experience between 3-5 years. You have experience in leading team as well.

- Have hands on experience on Facebook, Google, Affiliate marketing channels

- Experienced in understanding and solving conversion rate problems

- You have got your hands dirty in an e-commerce company and/or startup environment

- You like working in a flexible environment
