- Lead and mentor a team of 10 digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Provide guidance and support in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
2. Digital Strategy Development :
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and achieve business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into our digital marketing initiatives.
3. Campaign Management :
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring timely delivery and meeting performance targets.
- Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
4. Budget Management :
- Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
5. Collaboration :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure cohesive and integrated digital marketing efforts.
6. Reporting and Analysis :
