Responsibilities :

1. Social Media Strategy :

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- Focus on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to reach target audiences effectively.

2. Content Creation :

- Lead content creation efforts, ensuring high-quality and engaging content across various digital channels.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.

3. Digital Campaigns :

- Plan and implement result-driven digital marketing campaigns.

- Utilize data analytics to track and optimize campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI.

4. Industry Alignment :

- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.

- Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and partners.

5. Brand Positioning :

- Drive brand awareness and positioning through strategic digital initiatives.

- Work closely with design and branding teams to ensure a consistent and compelling brand image.

6. Team Leadership :

- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

- Provide guidance on best practices and industry trends to ensure continuous skill development.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media.

- Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and content creation.

- Experience in a similar industry, must within a product company.

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and SEO best practices.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred :
