Position: Lead Development Manager
Education & Experience: Graduation mandatory; 2+ years in Field Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert leads and generate business through company-provided leads.
- Meet potential customers and close sales effectively.
- Grow existing accounts while developing new client relationships.
- Maintain an updated database of current and prospective customers.
- Ensure month-on-month achievement of sales targets.
- Work on pre-scheduled appointments to optimize efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Strengths:
