Customer Experience Lead

- We are looking for highly motivated individuals, who have a zeal to work with an early age startup, who are up to take up ownership and responsibilities of the given task.


Job Description :

Role : CX Lead

Experience : 5+ yrs.

Organization : BuyStars (Gaming Platform)

Location : Gurgaon

Mode : Work From Office (6 Days working)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead overall teams working in process compliance, transaction quality & escalation management desk and customer life cycle.

- Reply to queries through email, call. 


- Maintain AHT levels as per the given targets for different tenure bucket

- Should be doing regular quality audits, making templates.

- Should be able to handle VIP customers.

- Review processes and come up with recommendations which can help to improve overall performance / CSAT.

- Identify TNI and bridge process gaps.

- Solid understanding of reporting (excel, dashboards).

- Apply strong business analytics skills to synthesize the voice of the customer & business goals.

- Analyze complex business problems and issues from scratch using data and come up with the solutions to reduce it .

- Monitor key performance metrics and use results to help the team increase efficiency and provide high-quality framework for platform experience.

Key Requirements :

- People from the gaming industry are preferred.

- Experience in handling a team and ability to manage team members and subordinates 


Preferred : 

- Strong supervisory skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Organized and Methodical

- Should have 3-4 years of team handling experience.
