Lead - Customer Delight - Skin Care Brand (2-6 yrs)
Job Position: Customer Delight Lead
Location: Mumbai
- Should have 4-5 years experience in the ensuring Customer Success in a D2C brand
- Strong in communication and leading team, should lead by working and not just ordering
- Relevant Experience in managing orders from a shopify / D2C website, knowledge of using Unicommerce/ EasyEcom as order management software
- Should have an understanding on skincare and beauty so that it is easy to train them in our brand products
- Should genuinely be a skincare enthusiast or very keen on skincare / very keen on really keeping customers happy
- Should have a great track record in previous company and great relations with people.
