Job Summary :
- Know general course content and any special information about the courses.
- Guide the student advise through a self-assessment process and the exploration of their career goals and objectives consistent with their abilities, interests, and limitations.
- Build relationship with and give information to students about the latest developments.
- Attending and counseling walk-in enquirers, E-mail enquirers, Telephonic enquirers and web.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Carry out end to end admission process.
- Should be target oriented and enthusiastic towards the role.
- Must have listening and analyzing skills.
- Should be a multi tasker and quick learner.
- Should be target oriented, flamboyant personality & self-driven.
- Must have effective telephonic & Face 2 face conversation skills.
- Should counsel prospects and ensure conversation into targeted enrollments.
- Advice students and parents on exploring professional programs that can help them shape their career
- Pitch to students our courses after analyzing their interests & abilities.
- Handling queries over telephone, email or chat.
- Should be prompt in replying to students queries/Parents queries
