Lead Content Editor (MNC) Goregaon

This person's key responsibility is to work with minimum supervision on client requirements and uses his/her expertise to provide original editorial content and meet deliverables.

- Understand the business of client needs in specific

- Handle multiple projects independently and ensure error-free delivery

- Creating and maintaining accurate and compelling content for client website

- Ensures that content is structured to meet users- needs and aligned with client's web strategy.

- Follow guidelines provided by client and write product descriptions, articles and Meta Data within the framework specified

- Manages and performs website editorial activities including gathering and researching information that enhances the value of the site.

- Locates, negotiates, and pursues content.

- Edits the content shared by junior team members

- Spearhead and successfully deliver Pilot projects

- Support in Pre-sales communication as and when needed

- Successfully leverage ideas across clients to spot opportunities and generate new sales leads.

- Prioritize project tasks with minimum assistance from Supervisor.

- Review project requirements and execute projects independently as per requirements by following the guidelines and deploying the tools/systems as applicable.

- Ensure crisp communication with clients and work as an interface between team members and client counterpart.

- Adhere to procedures like communication protocols, operational practices / procedures, Information security practices, attendance procedures, etc.

- Participate and actively contribute in review meetings.

- Buddy up with junior members of the team and up-skill them

- Assist the Sr. Supervisor in tasks / assignments like developing / executing new procedures / processes, diagnosis of problem / client issues, etc.
