Lead - Content Creation - eCommerce (5-10 yrs)
Content Strategy and Development :
- How to ensure Influencer, Celebrity, scripts and content is most authentic
- Deciding the product strategy with keeping content at the core
- Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive content strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions on Instagram (Regards to Influencer Marketing)
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative ad concepts, leveraging UGC-driven content to showcase our products effectively.
- Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team, continuously generating fresh ideas and concepts to elevate our content offerings
Content Production Management :
- Provide guidance and direction in all aspects of content production, from ideation to post production, ensuring high-quality deliverables that resonate with our target audience.
- Supervise the planning and organization of production schedules, including location scouting, script development, and casting.
- Oversee post-production processes, including editing, color correction, and visual effects, to maintain brand consistency and excellence in output
Technical Expertise and Quality Control :
- Demonstrate proficiency in content creation tools and techniques, with a strong understanding of iPhone photography and lighting principles.
- Enforce quality control measures to uphold the brand's visual identity and messaging across all content outputs, providing constructive feedback on post-production edits.
- Continuously optimize content production processes to enhance efficiency and output quality, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices
Collaboration and Brand Alignment :
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure alignment of content strategies with overarching brand objectives and messaging.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines for visual content, fostering consistency and coherence in brand representation across all touchpoints.
