Lead - Business Development - IT (1-5 yrs)
- Incresol Software solutions is leading IT organization which is into SAP and E Commerce solutions and applications provider for different clients. We are looking for BDM for International Sales. Should be willing to work in Night Shift
- Seeking a career in the IT industry with a long term desire to move into Sales role.
- The incumbent will be required to interact with US, UK, Brazil & Indian Clients to seek and set up appointment for Sales Personnel.
- Identify market potential for the product/s of the Company.
- Generate quality leads through account/market research & cold calling.
- Send introductory email to decision maker/s - make cold calls and follow ups with prospects.
- Receive and respond appropriately to inbound telephone and email enquiry!
- Determine customer needs & work closely with / provide support to the sales team.
- Works well with customers to maintain high level of customer satisfaction and develop strong relationships
- Inside Sales activities including lead generation, up-sell/cross sell, qualification of prospects.
- Disciplined implementation of the sales process and contribution to improve the sales strategy.
- Documentation of all sales metrics.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Self-driven & ability to work individually and as part of a team.
