ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES:

1) Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement

2) Identifying new sales opportunities by contacting prospective customers through cold calling, premise visits, networking, lead generation, etc.

3) Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts

4) Negotiate deals

5) Monthly Targets to be achieved.

6) Pricing, Negotiation, Account Management

7) Interact with clients on daily basis and identify hiring opportunities to fulfil

8) Get involved in complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to closure of the positions

9) Be accountable for revenue targets / closure of open positions

10) Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date

11) Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors and vendors

12) Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business

13) Client relationship management

14) Daily co-ordination with the delivery team

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :

1) Any Bachelor's Degree

2) Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal

3) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

4) Ability to manage multiple projects and multi-task.

5) Ability to successfully collaborate within a team environment

6) High achievement drive, resilience, flexibility and commitment to achieving goals
