Lead - B2C Sales - Healthtech (8-20 yrs)

Role : Sales Lead - Healthcare - B2C

Our client is looking for a smart energetic young leader who can lead the sales and customer acquisition initiatives of our client. They are looking for someone who can develop and execute business objectives for reaching to patients and build alliances with clinics and hospitals across the country to bring home care diabetics. The person will be leading a team of sales professionals across the country.

Key attributes :

Developing Go to market Plans, Sales plans, User Acquisitions, BTL Activations, Business strategies and also lead the team to success.

Specific responsibilities could be :

- Would be responsible for building the business across all channels. Will be instrumental in making plans, Strategy, vision for growth and most importantly the onground executions.

- Will be responsible for P & L, Sales targets and performance of the sales team

- Will be responsible for Retails sales, B2C business, channels, outreach to Doctors, Clinics, hospitals, etc.

- Should be able to build the brand, get customer pull, stickiness and work out the different channels for an exponential growth

- Should have a strong background in all BTL business

- Lead teams and monitor pan India sales initiatives

- Meet Prospective Clients, Execute Effective Product Demonstrations, Emphasizing Product Features and Benefits with Focus On the Value of the Solution

- Consult with Physician Practices & help in Doctor onboarding

- Prospect, Educate, Qualify, and Generate Interest for Sales Opportunities.

- Develop and Accomplish a Lead Generation Plan Including Outbound and Inbound Prospect Management

- Follow Up with Prospective Clients and Should Be An Expert in Closing Deals

- Travel friendly with Excellent Presentation Skills

- Decision Maker, Problem Solver, Creative Thinking Skills

Experience & Education :

- Any graduate with 8 to 12+ Years of total B2C Sales Experience.

- Exposure of BTL is a must.

- Preferably from a Health tech/Medico /Pharma/Activations/ Events & Promotions background

- Should have handled both B2B and B2 C business

- Knowledge of Chennai is a must & Tamil Nadu (Preferred)
