The Job :
As a B2B Sales Lead, you will be strategizing an aggressive growth strategy along with building a robust sales and customer success team to help the organization grow by leaps and bounds.
Your responsibilities include:
- Identifying opportunities for new business development and ensuring a strong customer base.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Recruiting, coaching and mentoring a team of talented sales professionals.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Liaising with key stakeholders and reporting progress on a regular basis.
The Profile :
- You possess an MBA from a top tier institute and have at least 4 years experience within a Business Development (B2B) role, ideally within an internet company.
- You possess solid experience as a sales representative or a sales manager.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
- You have excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are good at building a good network with key clients and stakeholder.
- You are a driven individual with a solid track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams and can work well in fast paced environments
