MOBILE APP MARKETING :

- Design the mobile app strategy for the company.

- Spearhead a team of app specialists to develop a white-label apps ecosystem and drive the objective.

- Build a strategy for these apps with research and supporting logic of what will work.

- Ideate, visualize and create these apps end-to-end from UI/UX, to content, development, app marketing and updating the app basis learnings.

- Drive the acquisition, engagement, analytics and technology engine of apps.

- Build an agency ecosystem for apps development and marketing.

- Ideate, visualize and create these mobile apps with a strong and innovative UI/UX approach to deliver high customer engagement.

- Drive the entire app performance funnel including but not limited to ASO, revenue model, partnerships and integrations, app store analytics, growth modeling, automation and much more.

- Build a long-term capability view to drive app marketing metrics.

- Conceptualize the engagement and content framework for these apps.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT :

- Work with leadership teams across functions to understand the objectives, use cases& implement the initiatives.

- Nurture and develop a wide range of partner ecosystem.

PLANNING, BUDGETING AND MONITORING :

- Plan and implement the annual operating plan for the app marketing vertical.

- Budget the digital marketing spends for the year, monitor and periodically re-appropriate.

- Plan and monitor budgets for partner ecosystem, media campaigns, app marketing.

- Identify cost control opportunities and plan organic marketing activities to deliver efficiencies.
