LDP Logistics - Executive - Business Development (0-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
The incumbent shall be responsible to perform following functions :
- Coordinating with USA Clients regarding their shipments and ensure timely deliveries
- Handling emails and chat queries of clients and providing them solutions
- Making follow up calls to customers upon completion of (For customer Feedbacks)
- Managing requests for same day and making next day dispatch with the dispatch team
- Managing day to day database as guided by immediate reporting.
Pre-requisite to apply (Skill Sets) :
- Proficiency in spoken English (Mandatory)
- Someone with a true entrepreneurial spirit will excel in our environment.
- Empathetic to customer needs with the ability to translate those needs into solutions that deliver value
- Can draft and respond queries over the emails
- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills with attention to details
- Prior experience in a sales related function is strongly preferred, however fresh grads are also encouraged to apply (if they meet the addressed skill set).
