Job Purpose :

- It is in the backdrop of the grand vision of Lawyered that the company is defining the role of all its associates, especially that of the members of its Sales Force. We are trying to connect legal professionals with businesses across the country and are currently focusing on metro cities to maintain an active presence. To achieve our objective in a focused and scientific manner, the market is being divided into units/territories called - Areas and the incumbent would be responsible to ensure the sales of Lawyered's services to Corporate Legal Professionals in their respective Areas. Each Sales Representative's dedicated and focused effort is critical and crucial in ensuring the materialization of Lawyered's vision becoming a reality and is responsible to make sales - happen- in the Area assigned / designated to him/her.

- A Sales Representative has to perform with high energy and passion to achieve High Sales Numbers every month.

- Lawyered is hiring for the following position to execute an ambitious plan of growth across India. This is an autonomous role that will require a highly motivated individual with a hunger to achieve.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the market - researching and analyzing sales options.

- Sell by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects - recommending solutions.

- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance - researching and recommending new service improvements.

- Identify current market practices, trends, market activities and competitors.

- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.

- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

- Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing related publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, participating in relevant forums.

- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
