Job Purpose :

Lawyered is hiring for the following position to execute an ambitious plan of growth across India. This is an autonomous role that will require a highly motivated individual with a hunger to achieve.

Job Title : Area Sales Manager

Reports To National Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Managing, training and motivating sales team to drive revenue growth

- Develop and manage efficient networks for sales

- Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team

- Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization

- Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to zonal heads

Required Skills :

Must Have :

- Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience within a sales role with a proven track record

- Ability to manage teams

- Driven towards maximizing sales and meeting company's targets

- Ability to engage at all levels

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Positive and professional attitude

- Accustomed to working in a busy, fast moving startup

- Ability to think fast to deliver solutions on day to day issues

- Organization and time management skills

- Efficient in using Microsoft Office/Google Office and Computer Applications

Nice to Have :

- Sales experience in Services industry

- Experience to have executed any project single-handedly

- Hands-on using any of the sales- CRM tool

Location and Remuneration :

- This is a full-time position based out of Gurgaon, Mumbai and Bangalore.

- Salaries will be competitive and commensurate with experience and relevant qualifications.
