Lawctopus - Manager - Telesales (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Initiating a large volume of phone calls with students to enroll them in online courses suitable for them
2. Generating reports through CRM and Telephony
3. Deeply listening to learners and suggesting changes to our edtech products based on these interactions
Must-have skills and experience :
1. A minimum of 1-year of experience in sales in an edtech environment
2. Excellent English language skills (both oral and written)
3. Knowledge of Hindi and other vernacular languages will be a plus
Salary : Rs. 40,000-50,000/month + performance-based incentives
