Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement social media strategies for LaunchBox clients, including content creation, community management, and paid social media campaigns
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure that client strategies are practical and innovative
- Develop and manage social media budgets, including forecasting and reporting on ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop content and visual assets that align with client branding and messaging
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and improvement
- Build and manage relationships with influencers, partners, and other social media stakeholders to increase client visibility and engagement
Requirements :
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Experience with social media management and monitoring tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Experience with paid social media campaigns, including budget management and targeting strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Analytical and detail-oriented, able to interpret data and make informed decisions
