Our Sales Team Leads handle large teams of part time and full time direct sales agents, in pitching our products to consumers. This job requires good leadership skills, in addition to the ability to think on one's feet.
There is no field work involved. This is envisaged as a from office (ideally) or from home role.
The following are the roles and responsibilities:
- Leadership of teams of multiple sales analysts, officers, and marketing liaisons
- Work with digital lead generation officers to keep the team supplied with high quality leads
- Define targets for each sales officer in the team, and ensure that the potential # of sales is always 120% of the requirement
- Create daily and weekly reports on performance
- Undergo constant training on product marketing, and the latest and greatest techniques to push the product in the marketplace
