LaughGuru is the best humour-in-education product in the world. We are aiming to make it the best education product in the world given that humour has huge advantages as a pedagogical tool. If we hire the best people, our job is 99% done. Our Sales Managers increase the number of parents who own LaughGuru, both by pitching themselves and by leading a two-tier team of people who sell LaughGuru.
At the lowest level, we have Marketing and Sales Officers who pitch the product to prospective customers to get them to subscribe. These Marketing and Sales Officers (MSOs) work under team leads called Marketing and Sales Team Leads (MSTLs). As a Sales Manager, you will work to recruit, onboard, train, and guide your team on a daily basis.
We can work out a work from home position or you can work from our Andheri office. There is a base pay of Rs 25,000 per month, and additional performance based bonuses of up to Rs 25,000 additionally per month.
There will be a probation period for this position.
