Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR)/Demand Generation Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads and opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts, as well as developing and executing demand generation strategies to support our sales pipeline. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of sales and marketing processes.

About the Job :

Role - Business Development Representative /Inside Sales- (Lead Generation)

Location : Mumbai, Bangalore & Delhi

Job Summary :

-Use data chops to segment the accounts and contacts.

- Gather account and contact intelligence through secondary research.

- Plan & execute multi-channel campaigns (call, email, LinkedIn)

- Understand prospect pain points and find solutions with sales and pre-sales representative

- Compete to be on the top of the leaderboard. We reward handsomely for top performers!

Job Responsibilities :

- 3-5 yrs. of business development/sales dev / inside sales experience

- Worked in global SaaS/Product companies.

- Current 2 years of relevant B2B experience.

- Who is ready to ride or die with the customer (Understand and solve customer pain points)

- Who believe in numbers (Data-driven mindset)

- Bachelor's degree in business or comparable education/experience

- Entrepreneurial bent of mind, attention to detail
