Latice Design - Executive - Business Development (0-3 yrs)

As a Business Development Manager reporting to the director you will work to create and lead a sales team to develop incoming leads as well as prospect target accounts within managed customer campaigns and account plans in order to position ourselves better in the market.

This will include identifying, generating, developing and qualifying leads to create qualified opportunities. This role is focused on pipeline creation through identifying business needs and potential new business opportunities.

After an initial training on our activities and services suite, you will take over presentation of our services suite to both inbound inquiries and outbound calls, including cold calling campaigns.

You will be expected to keep up with set goals and target all types of clients looking for luxury and premium design services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement the Latice methodology of works

- Call and identify interest for leads and prospects and ensure timely processing of leads

- Prospect target accounts and execute on the account prospecting plan

- Generate leads by prospecting, detecting opportunities and scheduling meetings with prospective customers

- Ensure data quality on customers and prospects as well as reporting of your own activities

- Mentoring newer team members

- Primary pilot users for new technologies (I.e. AD Campaigns, VR & AR)

- More active participation on team calls, sharing of best practices.

- Lead team calls if Team lead is traveling, or lead breakout team sessions on a specific initiative

- Other duties can be assigned by your Management

Skills:

- 0.3~3 years of successful experience selling in an inbound / outbound environment

- You have a sales oriented personality and ideally a good general technical understanding on the enterprise software market and if you have some experience of Open source, Databases and Middleware it would hugely advantages

- You like being on the phone and combine excellent communication, an agreeable voice and good listening skills

- You have good interpersonal and networking skills and you are self-confident and convincing at different levels of customer organizations

- You are customer focused and perseverant yet respectful

- You like working in a dynamic and fast evolving environment with a strong focus on target achievement

- You have good knowledge of and can work with creating new strategies and systems

- You are well organized and self-motivated and a good team player.

- You have relevant experience in Advertising and/or Construction and Real Estate Industry.

- You understand Design and are interested in learning and working in the same line.
