Laqshya Media - Client Servicing Role (3-9 yrs)
- Retain & grow existing business & add new clients
- Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals.
- Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
- Build relationship with top spending clients and facilitate Co.'s participation in the various OOH Media pitches called by the Cos. In the region.
- Plan preparation inputs and work with team to develop proposals that meets the campaign objectives and secures the business.
- Follow the reporting process in the Co. as required by the Management and from the team under him/ her
- Work with marketing and PR Team to ensure value add mileage from each campaign
- Focus on developing Innovations, be they creative or media usage, to create differentiation in the campaigns executed by us.
- Motivating the team to enhance their performance for self development
