JOB SUMMARY:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) focused on B2B sales, your primary role is to identify and qualify potential business opportunities, initiate contact with prospects, and generate leads for the sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving growth by building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and introducing them to your company's products or services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Lead Generation :

- Research potential B2B clients and industries within the target market.

- Use various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking, to generate new leads.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to leverage segments and lead info shared.

- Book at least 10 meetings with the key stakeholders in a month through the data lists shared to pitch the product.

Prospect Qualification :

- Initiate conversations with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges.

- Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.

- Determine the suitability of prospects for further engagement and potential sales.

Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified B2B leads.

- Nurture leads through ongoing communication and education about the company's products or services.

- Establish rapport and credibility with potential clients.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with the sales team leads to transition qualified leads into opportunities.

- Provide sales leads to detailed information on the prospects and their needs and host meetings with customers to explain the benefits of the product.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and prospect information in the CRM system.

- Generate reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.

- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
