Lakeshore - Brand Marketing Role (4-5 yrs)

Position Summary : 

- Manage marketing at the Head Office

- Help in effective Marketing communication, driving footfalls and coordinating with the respective mall teams

- Define marketing strategies, in close co-ordination with the team

- Prepare weekly status reports, monthly reports and manage Marketing budgets

- Maintaining good relations with ad agencies and other communication partners (Event/ Decor and Activation/ Media)

Position Details :

- Drive and implement strategies for communication across all platforms

- Develop strategies to build brand equity to command maximum positive perception.

- Draft and Implement marketing strategies to drive footfall into the mall.

- Drive revenue from ad spaces and promotional areas in the mall.

- Responsible to draft and control marketing budget for the mall.

- Responsible to draft and implement events calendar for the financial year.

- Responsible for thorough and constant competition and trend analysis.

- Ability to interact effectively with personnel, vendors, event management and ad agencies at all levels.

- Conduct shopping bag audits, mystery shopping and all satisfaction and feedback surveys at regular intervals.

- Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning of campaigns across all mall assets.

- Responsible for co-ordination with the finance department for funds receivables management.

- Manage operating expenses to minimize costs while providing desired results.

- Draft marketing and promotional strategies and other related policies keeping the brand image.

- Lead entire spectrum of ATL and BTL activities spanning concept development, design, printing, media, PR, press conferences etc.

- Amalgamate useful and intelligent information to develop strong communication strategies.

- Harness the best out of all agencies working with the marketing department

Additional Skills:

- Fluent communication skills.

- Skilled at presentations

- Proficient in MS Office

- Well - coordinated and a synergetic team player

Experience :

Qualification :MBA - Marketing
