Role Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the landscape, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities :
1. Sales Strategy Development : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive forces to guide strategic decisions.
2. Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high-performance. Set clear sales targets and KPIs, monitor progress, and provide guidance to achieve revenue goals.
3. Market Expansion : Identify new business opportunities and potential markets, both domestically and internationally. Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the company's market presence.
4. Client Relationship Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Address client concerns promptly and proactively identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
5. Sales Operations : Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. Implement effective sales processes, CRM systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and transparency within the team.

Qualifications and Experience :
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive sales leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of Designing trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in handling software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
