Job description for ASM (Laminates) :
- Identifying and developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.
- Mapping new market segments & developing sales strategies to enhance brand visibility & product reach.
- Developing and appointing stockiest and dealers to expand product reach & mentoring the sales. Evaluating performance of distributors sales & marketing activities & doing need based promotion planning.
- Developing & implementing effective promotional strategies for dealer/distributors to capture market shares
- Meeting Sales Target.
- Coordination for the timely uplifting of the stock & redistributing it in the market.
- Taking care of the sales promotions activities in the area assigned
- Identifying and development the new area in terms of market extension
- Handling Sales officer and S.R.
- Making and Handling Super Stockiest/Distributors for the company.
- To maintain the goodwill in the market with old retailers & adding new retailers.
