Laguna Clothing - Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing (3-5 yrs)
Experience :
3-5 years of experience in top E-commerce companies like Amazon, Flipkart or Ajio
Educational Qualification :
NIFT or MBA / Masters from top B-schools
Key Deliverables :
- Will be responsible for product development, presentations, sales and marketing, and profit and loss for Laguna's shirt e-tail business
- Build the business from scratch.
- Must have in-depth knowledge and hands-on Digital Marketing tools - Content creation, SEOs, Social Media, Ads, Software licenses, promotions, etc.
- Must be from front end sales or marketing team of the retail group/brand
Technical/ Soft Skills Required:
- Should be self-motivated and a go-getter with an entrepreneurial spirit. Should be able to own the project and deliver the profitability.
- Should have good leadership and liaison skills. Strong communication skills and analytical skills.
- Understand Design-Based Thinking & Planning. Good with Excel & PowerPoint.
- Be tech-savvy and persuasive and multi-tasking.
- Conducting research and gathering data.
