2. Demonstration of ONDC, Lagroce benefits and convincing the seller
3. Convincing the unwilling seller and retaining the seller
4. Training Dashboard and features demonstration
5. Collecting the pending documents
6. Taking the seller's feedback and queries and finding resolution
7. Going on to the new stores and explaining about ONDC & onboarding the new clients
