Accelerator Partner - Online Fashion Brand- Ecommerce Store

- We are looking for an Accelerator Partner for our firm to scale it and achieve the next level Business Goals.

- The person must be deeply passionate about Retail & Digital Marketing (should know his/her numbers to the T) and should have a zeal to create an impact in the industry.

About the Business - A 3 years old fashion brand at New Delhi, selling Quality Handbags, Backpacks and other fashion accessories through our own web portal and other online marketplaces. Brand attained a CAGR of 42% in number of Orders delivered and 26% pa in Sales Revenue over the last 3 years. Right time to Scale it to the next level. Funded by existing founder partners, Equity and Debt.

Desired Profile

- Knowledge about startup ecosystem in India.

- Must be well versed in various fund-raising activities.

- Brainstorm and experiment (plan, execute, and measure) with new creative growth strategies to increase follower base and boost conversions.

- Should be entrepreneurial in nature and have great interpersonal skills.

- Should be able to make merchandising decisions based Business Goals.

- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.

- Strengthen and evolve our digital marketing roadmap for every product and the company, overall Create and implement lead generation campaigns (paid and unpaid) for relevant TG to meet lead targets for all company products and services.

- Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency.

- Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out.

- Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments.

- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

- Ultimately driving all activities towards Sales Growth. Developing Sales forecast and execution.

- Ability to think analytically and take a data-driven approach. Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget.

- Build and retain customers through engagements and developing Networks.

Develop the innovative self-sustaining buying process for attaining scale.

- Entrepreneurs who have successfully exited from a business are welcome.

Requirements : 

- Preferably an MBA from Top 10 B-School such as IIM, ISB but not a must.

- Prior work experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.

- Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function.
 
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.

- Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics.
