Job Description :
Sales Coordinator Cum Tender Specialist: -
- To check various tenders, search systems daily and identify new tenders which may be of interest to the company either to bid or for market intelligence purpose.
- To follow relevant procedures for tender compilation, authorization and dispatch.
- Responsible for ensuring tenders are prepared and submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines set by the tendering authority or body independently.
- Having knowledge of tender searching.
- Manage the tender submission through its entire life cycle and receive and deal with enquirers from colleagues and clients concerning tenders.
- Should have experience of 2- 3 years.
- Good communication skills, good thinking skills, computer skills, marketing skills.
- Convert enquiry into sales.
- Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make sales.
