About Us: We are a five year old real estate firm, located in HSR Layout, Bangalore (opposite BDA Complex) dealing with real estate products. We have a ready to occupy Apartment with all approvals for sale, besides a number of layouts in and around Electronic City phase 1 for sale in various budgets. The company provides plenty of opportunities to market its projects. An executive with the will to achieve results will succeed to earn a good income monthly.

Job Requirements:

- Gender: Male & Female executives.

- Education: No Bar.

- Experience: 0 to 3 years.

- Basic working knowledge of MS Office and other tools.

- Email shooting/ online marketing.

- Regular survey in and around the locations of our project.

- Participate in sales exhibitions when required..

- Possess good communication skills in English, Hindi and other south Indian languages.

- Preferably have a two wheeler.

Salary: Will be in line with the market based on experience, besides sales based incentives, fuel reimbursements and mobile allowance.

Working Hours: 0930 hours to 1800 hours with 30 minutes lunch break. Considering the nature of the job Saturday and Sunday will be working days and week off on Tuesdays.

Job Description : 


- An ideal candidate should be a go-getter with good knowledge of real estate products and its processes. A Fresher will be provided adequate training to under the nuances of real estate products. 


- The executive should interact with the clients and arrange Site Visits. 


- Should possess the ability to convince clients of the products with facts and follow up on existing customer reference. 


- Strong inter-personal and communication skills, aptitude for customer relation, ability to work in a team will add to the strength of the executive while performing in the assigned role.

Sales Focused Management : Increasing sales prospects & regular sales achievement. Follow up reports, finalization report of prospective clients and references. Quick selling while launch of properties.
