Laasya Projects - Executive - Sales & Marketing (0-1 yrs)
We are a real estate firm, located in HSR Layout (opposite BDA).
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, fluent in English, preferably with a two wheeler who would help us drive marketing and sales of potential leads.
The office runs on all days from 9am - 6pm. Our weekly offs are on Tuesday.
Responsibilities and Duties
Your responsibilities would involve the following:
- Tele-calling of potential clients to get them interested and convince them in buying plots and flats
- Deal with Customers on queries
- Show them the site
- Facilitate the deal
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and the South Indian languages
- Knowledge of Internet and MS Office
- Education - no bar.
