Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager/Executive / Lead Generation / Client Relationship Manager
- Must be presentable with good communication skills (Verbal, Written, Emails, Chatting Systems).
- Background in customer service; IT industry knowledge is a must.
- Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction).
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms is an advantage.
