La Exotic - Senior Executive - Corporate Sales - MICE (3-5 yrs)
We are actively seeking a MICE Sales Sr Executive to work as part of the La Exotic team,managing all meetings and events enquiries coming into Exclusive Hotels and Venues.
In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for Corporate enquiries and implement effective sales strategy to confirm that business with a help our backend operations team.
1) Maximise conversion, whilst maintaining a professional, efficient, friendly and outstanding level of service.
2) Identify all sales opportunities and demonstrate a high level of diary and rate management
3) Will be responsible for aggressive selling of Corporate MICE
4) Good product knowledge of outbound destinations for selling of Corporate MICE
5) Handle customer query and booking for exotic destinations
6) On tour assistance to clients, special focus on events and conferences. Catering to the clients requirements during advance travel and on ground management of the groups.
