KYC Hub - Sales Development Representative - B2B Segment (2-7 yrs)

- KYC Hub helps firms to mitigate the risk of fraud and financial crime using AI and data intelligence. We are a SaaS platform for global customer onboarding, monitoring, and regulatory compliance that enables faster and more accurate KYC, AML, corporate verification, and digital identity.

- We have an immediate opening for a highly ambitious fintech sales development representative to join our growth team. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, resilient, willing to take responsibility, and extremely disciplined. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects.

- Your main duties would include lead generation and qualification, initial engagement, product demonstrations, and being the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward.

Role Objectives : 

- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM

- Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities

- Lead qualification

- Produce commercial proposals in line with sales operating procedures

- Deliver product demonstrations

- Able to research and build detailed understanding of the customer environment and sector

- Look for opportunities to add value for the customer and develop additional revenue

- Regularly engage prospective clients (via introductory emails, phone calls) following the sales process set internally

- Able to follow up with potential leads and understand their pain points

Skills & Experience :

- 2-4 years of professional SaaS sales experience, ideally in a relevant financial services or compliance vertical, but sector experience is not required

- Excellent knowledge of workflows and Hubspot Sale Hub

- Ability to multitask, juggle many priorities, and stay organized

- A proven track record of meeting/beating new business sales targets in complex sales environments

- Able to quickly learn and convey product knowledge

- Superlative communication skills (listening, verbal, written, presentation)

- Highly organized and excellent planning skills, able to work under pressure, able to meet deadlines

- Experience and enthusiasm for engaging at different seniority levels and building relationships to maximise opportunities

- Entirely comfortable picking up the phone and engaging with prospective clients

- Successful history of direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets

- Native level written and spoken English is an absolute must

- Likable, well-mannered, and dynamic personality
