If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

A digital marketing professional is expected to effectively use all marketing tools and techniques like PPC, SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. A typical digital marketing job description will cover all the above aspects, and more:

1) Identify trends and insights

2) Allocate marketing investments

3) Plan and direct marketing campaigns

4) Manage an organization's website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind

6) Optimize content for the website and social media platforms

7) Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.

8) Track the website traffic flow

Implement and analyze performance metrics

9) Measure and assess goals vis-- -vis ROI

10) Device experiments and conversion tests

11) Provide internal reports on a regular basis

12) Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms.

13) Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

14) Design, build and maintain our social media presence

15) Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

16) Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

17) Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

18) Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

19) Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

20) Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

21) Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

22) Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

23) Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

- - Requirements and skills -

1) BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field

2) Proven working experience in digital marketing

3) Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

4) Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

5) Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

6) Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

7) Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

8) Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)

9) Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

10) Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

11) Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
