As an Inside Sales Executive at KVP Business Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Leveraging your expertise in sales and customer relationship management, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.

Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, utilizing market research and industry trends to drive business growth.

Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and activities using CRM software, and providing regular reports to management on sales performance.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities for revenue generation.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and maintaining open communication throughout the sales process.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and enhance sales effectiveness.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven success in inside sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with selling Salesforceproducts,HubSpot,Odoo is preferred, with a strong understanding of client needs and pain points.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and win customer confidence.

Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated and driven, with a passion for sales and a proactive approach to achieving goals.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
