Kushals Retail - Sales Role (0-4 yrs)
- Style associates use their product knowledge and fashion sense to help customers craft the perfect jewellery for any occasion.
Responsibilities :
- Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the achievement of retail store targets by driving sales.
- Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
- Assisting customers with their queries using the product knowledge
- Assisting with processing store deliveries, packing orders, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions.
- Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers.
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases, cross sell products.
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
- Comply with SOP procedures.
- Ability to work on the store sales floor for extended periods of time.
- Ability and willingness to take an additional task.
Candidate Profile :
- 10th or 12th pass above
- Minimum 1+ years of retail management experience in retail industry
- Must be above 18 years of age and below 35 years of age
- Understand and speak local language, Good English Communication(Sr SA),
- Strong understanding of sales and customer service techniques
- Good Grooming and must be a presentable person
- Basic computer skills (Sr.SA) preferable
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
