Kushals Retail - Assistant Store Manager (3-8 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Ensure Excellence in Customer Handling and Service
- Responsible for entire store operations like VM, stock management, shrinkage prevention etc.
- Responsible for driving sales & assisting in marketing activities at store level
- Managing Sales Team, provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity when employees are absent
- Keep track of fast selling and slow selling products and report the same to warehouse
- Develop a schedule of holiday activities and promotions throughout the year strategically designed to bring in more revenue
- Maintain monthly reports and checklists
