Job Description :

- Conduct market research to identify potential companies and prospects from the target market

- Conduct targeted sales calls (cold calling) in order to gain, validate key customer information, promote services and achieve appointments for the field sales team

- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirement and concerns

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on proposed service solutions

- Handle complaints or objections

- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal team

Requirements :

- 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience.

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; should be well versed with business communication syntaxes

- Inside sales experience in Logistic Industry is a big plus

- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

- Fast learner and passion for sales

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

- Experience in working on any CRM

- Should have a good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

- Should be fluent in Tamil, Hindi, and English
