Job Description :

- Build and maintain client relationships

- Track and record metrics throughout the sales process

- Meet and exceed financial goals

- Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge

- Identify and develop new customer accounts and engage with them to maximize revenue

- Establish and strengthen customer relationships with a focus on driving upsells and new product sales revenue to current customers

- Actively identify potentially resell opportunities

- Increase coverage of focus segments in local markets

- Execute Lead Generation & Call program activities when required

Requirement :

- Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline

- Should have 2 - 3 years of experience

- Strong business development, account management, and relationship management skills

- Proven contributor to a sales team with consistent achievement of sales quotas

- Excellent interpersonal skills - great influencer, passionate about the team, loved and respected by partners and customers

- A great sense of teamwork; motivated by helping others and knowledge sharing within the team

- A high level of trust and integrity

- Strong attention to detail - pays attention to the quality of work produced, ensuring excellence, and always seeking ways to improve outputs.

- Should be fluent in Tamil and English
