Kunvarji Group - Senior Manager - Sales - Merchant Banking (3-7 yrs)
Support in preparation of Offer Documents and other relevant filing/reporting documents for SEBI and Stock Exchanges
- A preliminary revival of prospects and suggest rehabilitation plans including financial restructuring.
- Assisting the Merchant Banking Lead in completing business valuation, debt restructuring, ESOP valuation, right issue etc
- Business Development - Identifying New prospects and take them to closures
Required Skills :
- Knowledge of various Equity Capital Market products i.e. IPO, FPO, Rights, QIP, Open Offer, De-listing etc.
- Good knowledge of SEBI Rules and Regulations, Companies Act, Due Diligence and Processes & Practices of various Merchant Banking deals
- Good communication, presentation, and analytical skills (through financial perspective)
Educational Qualification: CA / CFA
