Kunvarji Group - Manager - Business Development - Warehousing Business (3-5 yrs)
1. Marketing & selling of warehousing services to existing and new clients.
2. Meeting and exceeding revenue targets and providing after-sales support/feedback.
3. Forming alliances/franchises with warehouse owners, 3 PLs, agro products traders for service delivery.
4. Maintaining quality of service and improving the same through audits at warehouses.
5. Increase service standards continuously based on customer feedback and industry good practices.
6. Regular evaluation and feedback sessions with business partners including warehouse clients, operations team, laboratory team etc.
7. Ensure safety and compliance in operations and continuous improvement.
Specific Responsibilities:
-Grow the operation in existing markets and prepare to enter new markets
-Continuously review the market for new business opportunities and activities, generate profitable business prepositions and execute the same.
-Develop and deliver quality user experience to the customer and business partners..
-Deliver on revenue and profit targets as per mutually-agreed projections and build the team for growth and expansion of the business.
