Kristal.AI - Executive - Customer Success (1-3 yrs)
Designation: Customer Support Executive
Kristal.AI is looking for a dynamic individual to join us on full time basis and manage our support desk.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Problem resolution of over chat & email.
- WhatsApp communication with client in HK, SG & India
- Ability to respond to client queries.
- Coordinate with compliance & tech team for resolving client issues
- Maintaining the SLAs
- Ability to solve problems.
- Hands-on with excel for updating and tracking data
Key skills we are looking for someone in this role:
- Any Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication Skills
- Good Reporting Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Ms-Office
The candidate must be self-driven and motivated in an entrepreneurial atmosphere. Given that the company is currently in a growth
phase, the candidate is also expected to take the initiative, and can work independently.
