About Krishify

Krishify was founded in 2019 by three IIT graduates Rajesh Ranjan, Manish Agarwal, and Avinash Kumar as India's first farmer-centric networking platform for the agri professionals. So far, Krishify has built a network of over 60 Lakhs farmers from the Hindi speaking regions of India, mainly Rajasthan, MP, UP and Bihar. It enables information exchange and matches potential buyers and sellers. It also gives access to a large repository of accurate information in local languages. The platform deploys user profiling and AI algorithms to deliver a high degree of personalization. It can provide services like suggestions and feedback on crop status, and buying and selling of cattle, used tractors/machinery and seeds. Farmers access the community to get trustworthy content on farming techniques, updated market rates, government benefits and subsidies, among other information. Agri-stakeholders like retailers, cattle traders, breeders, and mandi traders use Krishify to discover and interact with a wide community of farmers

Key Responsibilities :

- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth

- Researching, planning and implementing new target market initiatives

- Lead Generation through inside and outside sales

- Develop Sales Opportunities by researching and identifying potential target accounts, identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process

- Perusing leads and moving them through the sales cycle

- Set up and deliver Sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions to potential clients

- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients

- Attending conference and industry events

- Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, digital marketing and other events

- Maintain and expand the Company's Database of prospects

- Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those

Goals :

- Training business development staff

- Attend periodic sales training where applicable

- Appropriately communicate Brand Identity and Corporate

What We- re Looking For :

- 2-4 years of experience in Media sales & Business partnerships.

- Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas

- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and Time Management

- Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers Strong knowledge

of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques

- Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills Excellent listening skills

- Strong written communication skills Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm

- Ability to travel and attend sales events or exhibits

- Ability to work individually and as part of a team High level of integrity and work ethic Experience with customer relationship management software
